During your initial consultation, Beth will ask detailed questions about your health, diet, and lifestyle and will check your pulse, tongue, skin, lips, nails, and eyes to determine your unique doshic imbalances.

After the consultation, Beth will determine your Vikkrti (out of balance state) and your Prakkrti (true nature you are born with before imbalances).

Beth will follow up with an individualized Wellness Program, including treatments, diet, exercise, herbal formulas, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle changes to bring you back in balance.

​​During this consultation Beth will assess your Doshic make-up and you will learn which foods to include in your diet, which foods to stay away from and why. Includes an assessment of your natural state (prakriti) and out of balance state (vikriti) and a follow-up email with food program.

 

Treatments

Ayurvedic Abhyanga

First session - 3 hours (includes consultation) • $375

Treatment Details:

Abhyanga is an ancient Indian Ayurvedic treatment for healing, detoxifying and balancing the elements in the body and mind. The treatment involves a 90-minute rhythmic movement session using warm oils, a swedana (steam treatment), and a shower. Afterward, agni, a traditional Ayurvedic digestive formula, is served. 

The organic herbal-infused oils are crafted by Dr. B. Ganesh at a traditional Ayurvedic facility in Chenai, India. These nourishing oils help detoxify the body, balance doshas and eliminate cellular waste that can lead to disease.  In addition, the oils tone the skin and promote circulation.  The warmth and movement of the session works on a deep cellular level, moving prana (energy) through the channels in a rhythmic movement. This reduces stagnation in the lymph, circulates the blood, and increases joint health. Abhyanga is not deep tissue work, it is the movement of blood and energy to promote general wellness. 

*Formula Details:

  • Agni formula: Balances digestive fire and improves nutrient absorption and elimination; cleans parasites

  • Rasayani: An adaptogen to balance vata in the mind and body; anti-aging properties; balances the nervous system

  • Third formula will be determined upon your consultation and will help move toxins out of the body

The formulas are specially made by the doctor Beth studied with in India, handed down to him by his Grandfather and through his lineage as an Ayurvedic Doctor. The herbs are handpicked, hand processed, and all organic.

Shirodhara

60 MINUTES $165

Warm oil flows over the forehead, calming and cleansing the mind and nerves. This soothing treatment relaxes the body and releases stress, promoting stillness throughout every cell. It’s particularly beneficial for Vata imbalances and issues like stress, anxiety, and depression.

Svedana

75 MINUTES $165

This localized application assists the body in healing any injury of the muscle, ligament, joint, or bone. In this treatment medicated oils, herbal boluses and heat are used to shift the out-of-balance Vata (pain and injury) within the body, which in turn supports the body to heal itself.

Basti

*Can be included with other treatments; inquire for pricing based on duration of treatment plan

The internal application of heated oils into the body to promote balancing and cleansing. The warm oil is allowed to sit for a determined length of time while being deeply absorbed by the body and pulling out deep toxins. Basti, being both Vata and Pitta balancing, assists with injuries of the back, neck and knees.

Nasyum

75 MINUTES $175

Nasyum is the application of medicated oils for healing the head, nose, and sinuses. Treatments boost the immune system and target asthma, colds, and dormant bacteria in the mucus membranes. Nasyum improves eyesight, hearing, chronic congestion, tinnitus, and allergies. Nasyum treatments bring clarity to the mind and open up the door to conscious pathway to your inner healing.
